Pearson's Model H380 compact, self-contained tray former automatically forms and seals open-top, side-laminated trays at rates up to 38 trays per minute. As the blanks move through the pick motion, the first folding sequence occurs. They advance horizontally through glue application and are transferred toward the forming section. The end tabs and side panels are then positioned and glued. The forming mandrel pushes the trays into the forming section.
