The Norcross VISC1000 viscosity control system monitors and controls one to three stations and features a touchscreen interface that displays process parameters and trend data for each station. Displaying set-point, actual viscosity, alarms and automatic/manual mode for each station, it provides real-time data logging and allows viscosity parameter changes on the fly. Suitable for processes where viscosity is critical, the unit lets users change each station separately, such as air valve, solvent-control parameters, set points, high-low alarms and color-codes for ingredients.
