The Series 400 angled roller belt for conveying applications where accurate positioning of cases, boxes and packages is required provides zero unscheduled maintenance and downtime, zero mistracking, reduced jams and a 25% to 50% reduction in equipment manufacturing costs, says Intralox, the manufacturer. The belt aligns packages to the conveyor edge with built-in rollers that protrude beyond the top and bottom of the belt. With fewer moving parts than traditional aligning and centering technology, there are fewer catch points and crevices and smaller equipment footprints are possible.
