Material Transfer's Master Powerfill FIBC filling system features a horizontal pivoting and rotating bag-fill carriage. The bag support carriage and fill head lower to a programmed operator height, extend toward the operator, then rotate for "reach-free" bag strap and bag spout connection. From the load position, an operator can connect an empty bag while standing on the floor directly in front of the filler unit in about 20 to 30 seconds. A Power-Lift system provides powered fill head height adjustment to accommodate multiple bag and operator heights.
