The Terlotherm laboratory-size skid system for heating, cooling or pasteurization and other process applications provides complete small scale testing that can be ramped up to production-size units. The system allows the product to be heated to the appropriate temperature, held for the required time in the holding tube section, then cooled to the desired final temperature. The system also features the ability to use multiple-size, modular holding tubes to provide flexibility in holding times for different products.
