The Lovejoy jaw coupling offers a large variety of stock bore/keyway combinations, totaling more than 850,000 possible configurations. They need no lubrication and can be bored to order and shipped the same day. The couplings are fail-safe, meaning they will still perform even if the elastomer fails because there is no metal-to-metal contact. The company says parts are resistant to oil, dirt, sand, moisture and grease.
