Designed for food contact surfaces and equipment, the sanitizer is said to kill disease in 60 seconds. It is suitable for sanitizing packinghouses and food processing facilities that require high standards of disease control. Employing the sanitizer in clean-in-place systems is a successful method for eliminating diseases from process lines, says the company.
