Ashworth's Omni-Pro 120 heavy-duty conveyor belt uses new design techniques to boost belt strength, minimize system wear and extend service life. The heavy-duty protective links combined with stainless steel rods make the belt a strong, reliable spiral and turn-curve belt. By employing robotic welders, a 360-degree, rod-to-link, zero-tension weld is created where the rod end is completely melted and fused into the link. This relieves tension in the weld, allowing for higher load bearing capacity. The belts can convey up to 400 lbs. in spiral and turn-curve applications.
