Columbia Machine's HL8000 high-level palletizer is designed to provide high-speed performance coupled with careful handling capabilities to stack delicate beverage products in cases, trays and fridge-friendly packs, as well as shrink film with pad or shrink film only. The soft-turning conveyor section uses variable frequency drives to turn and arrange beverage cases with no product impact. The modular layer accumulation sections are used to obtain speeds up to 150 cases per minute while palletizing 12-pack beverage cases in 16-case patterns.
