Featuring a design that boosts belt strength and service life, the Omni-Pro 120 heavy-duty conveyor belt offers protective links combined with stainless steel rods to create a spiral and turn-curve belt that can convey up to 400 lbs. The protrusion-leg design prevents the belt welds from coming into contact with spiral cage bars. By employing robotic welders, a 360-degree, rod-to-link, zero-tension weld is created where the rod end is completely melted and fused into the link to prevent weld failure. The zero-tension weld is smooth and free from surface imperfections and crevices to help eliminate bacteria entrapment.
