Models in Clayton Industries’ new line of SigmaFire compact steam generators are rated at 20 to 200 boiler horsepower and deliver from 690 to 6,900 lbs. of high-quality steam per hour. Model GM100M is typical in its inclusion of a feedwater system and water pump in an integrated, easily installed unit, says the company. The low weight and modular design result in reduced installation time and expense, according to the company. The units incorporate counter-flow, coil-tube configuration as the basis for fuel-to-steam efficiency. The generators are available with low NOx burners to help meet stringent air quality standards.
