The Custom Metalcraft CM-3-Tube heat exchanger can be cleaned and sanitized with standard CIP systems and can be disassembled without tools for inspection. The unit operates with a variety of mediums, including glycol and water. It also functions as a heater using most liquid mediums, steam or hot water. It is capable of heating or cooling fluid products including sterile water, wine, pudding mix, barbeque sauce, orange juice, molasses, catsup, soybean oil, corn mash, salad dressings, ice cream mix and other dairy products. Units come in stainless steel or other high performance alloys.
