Designed for less-than-full case picking, FKI’s automated replenishment system uses mini-load cranes to provide continuous, demand-based replenishment. Dynamic slotting logic in the system minimizes the number of flow lanes required to service orders.  The system maintains a balance of static locations and dynamic locations that can be reassigned.
