Oil Skimmers’ Model 6V oil recovery system has a specially formulated collector tube that skims animal, vegetable and petroleum-based oils, fats, greases and oily wastes from the water surface.  The oil adheres to the outside of the closed-loop tube that is slowly drawn across the surface of the water and into the oil skimmer. Scrapers remove the oil before the clean tube returns to the water.  The system is available with a prefabricated mounting package or can be outfitted with insulation and heating packages.
