Multivac’s high-performance R 535 thermoform form-fill-seal machine has an integrated clean-in-place program that can be started with the push of a button at the central control system. Internal component groups are cleaned automatically by a system of jets and pipes, while exterior cleaning is executed manually with an attached spray gun. The machine comes with IPC control systems for integration with upstream and downstream packaging line components.
