Tetra Pak’s high-capacity Tetra Plex C15 hygienic plate heat exchanger processes up to 220,000 lbs. of milk per hour at 94% heat recovery. It is also suitable for lower capacities. The exchanger has a clean electrical drive system that eliminates hydraulic oil.
