A full turnkey skid of direct steam injection water heating for utility and process water needs, Hydro-Thermal’s EZ skid comprises a pre-engineered, fully integrated system, including a heater, digital control system, check valves, steam traps, isolation valves, temperature gauges and sensor in one compact package.  The skid combines 316 stainless steel on the heater, 304 stainless steel on the skid mount and water piping with carbon steel on the steam side. Available in sizes from 1 to 4 inches, the skid can be mounted vertically, horizontally or even wall mounts.
