Kason’s self-contained, pre-packaged circular vibratory screener-fluid bed dryer system scalps, de-dusts and dries up to 3,000 lbs. of bulk material/hour. Equipped with an imbalanced-weight gyratory motor that vibrates the screening chamber, the double-deck, 30-in. screener removes oversize/undersize material and allows on-size particles to fall onto the lower screen where they travel to the fluid bed dryer. Compact in size, the 40-in. diameter circular dryer requires only one air inlet and outlet, and eliminates the need for heavy-gauge walls and cross-braces.
