Designed for weighing and totalizing continuous flow rates of bulk solid materials up to 15,000 tons/hour, Schenck AccuRate’s BEMP single idler belt scale can be used with 18-in. or 60-in. wide CEMA idlers. The belt mounts to a conveyor frame using four bolts. Utilizing two NTEP-approved, single-point load cells and an Intecont MS integrator, the belt provides accuracies of +/- 1% of totalized weight. Fieldbus connections are available.
