OxySense’s MAP 1000 system provides non-invasive, real-time oxygen monitoring for modified atmosphere processing in batch process and form, fill and seal MAP machines. Requiring no sample atmosphere extraction, it can take and log measurements every second; with batch systems, timing can be aligned to coincide with each flush cycle. The system measures 0 to 21% oxygen saturation.
