Designed for industrial handling of dry dust, Nederman’s FilterMax DX modular, high-capacity filter can be used for working environments that demand explosion protection. It has a maximum airflow of 2,000 cfm; up to 3 modules can be combined for a total airflow of 6,000 cfm. The filter has a reinforced chassis with double grounding, explosion vent panel and pulse-jet system that cleans the filter cartridges in sequence while the collector is in operation. Dust is released from the filter cartridge by short, powerful jets of air and falls down into a container. A control box monitors the filter’s performance during continuous operation.
