Developed to meet 3-A, USDA and FDA requirements, Flowtech’s Unibloc-PD positive displacement lobe pumps can pump thin and thick liquids at a high rate of efficiency. They feature a 316/316L stainless steel pump gear box and a cavity-free front cover and housing to prevent product build-up. The pumps include a variety of shaft seals with no required modifications; seal options include single mechanical and double mechanical with flush, O-ring and O-lip. The pumps range in size from 0.5-in. to 6.0-in. tri-clamp. Pumping capacities range from 0.1 to 500+ GMP. Wet end materials such as AL6XN and Hastelloy are available for aggressive/corrosive applications.
