Accommodating empty cartons from 10 to 24 in., ID Technology’s corner wrap labeling system features a conveyor with variable speed side belt and idle rollers that drive empty cartons through the system. The lower durometer belt and rollers apply even pressure and reduce friction to prevent marring, crushing or collapsing of the boxes, and provide the optimum surface for label adhesion. An IDT 250 print applicator uses thermal transfer technology to print and apply variable information labels on-line at speeds up to 12 in./second on label substrates.
