Suitable for meat processing applications, Moyno’s open-throat, close-coupled sanitary pump can move suspended solids up to 1 in. in diameter with minimal product damage, including difficult-to-feed materials such as sausage and other processed meats. Capable of handling fluid temperatures to 400°F, as well as entrained air and gases, the pump provides low-shear, non-pulsating flow rates to 325gpm and pressures to 225psi. It has standard mechanical seals and meets 3A and BISSC sanitary requirements.
