Ishida’s DACS checkweigher provides accurate identification of weight or product count at high speeds; an anti-floor vibration system and digital signal processing produce precise weighing. Easy-to-use touchscreen controls have presets for operating parameters up to 100 products for quick changeovers. The open design of the checkweigher’s highly polished stainless steel framework reduces sanitation time; conveyors and belts can be replaced quickly without using tools. Offered in IP66 washdown construction, the checkweigher is available in models for up to 600 packages/min., multi-lane units with up to 6 independent inspection lanes and entry-level models. The checkweigher can be used individually or integrated with CEIA’s metal detector.
