Lee custom designs batch processors from pilot plant scale-up size to 6,000-gal. production units with mixing options to meet processing parameters. Top-, side- and bottom-entry propeller-type mixers and dispersers are available individually and in combination with other types of agitation for liquids with low viscosities, below 10,000 CPS. For higher product viscosities up to 2,000,000 CPS, scrape-surface agitators are available. Special designs allow configurations to be inclined or used in combination with other mixers and high-shear dispersers.
