Ashworth’s Omni-Pro 100 spiral and turn-curve conveyor belt has heavy-duty protective links combined with stainless steel rods. It has a smooth, 360° rod-to-link, zero-tension weld; the rod end is completely melted and fused into the link for a higher load bearing capacity. The belt withstands tension of 200 lbs. for more than 100,000 cycles. BISSC – third-party verified, the belt has a protusion leg design that prevents the welds from coming into contact with spiral cage bars. The belt can achieve turn ratios as low as 1.7:1.
