Engineered to be compact yet powerful, PIAB’s C2100-64 conveyor hygienically conveys powder and bulk materials in spaces with very low ceilings or limited space. Featuring multistage ejector technology, it consumes less air and energy, while transporting up to 1 ton/hour of powders and granules. Constructed of stainless steel AISI 316L (EN 1.4404), the conveyor withstands demanding manufacturing environments; it can be equipped with a pleated filter for powders with a particle size of 0.5 micron and greater depending on powder properties. It operates at feed pressures between 0.4 and 0.6 MPa and at working temperatures from 0° to 60°C.
