seepex’s axially split stator can be supplied on a new seepex pump or used to replace conventional tube-type stators on seepex pumps currently in use to extend their service life. Replacement can be done in situ; additional space at the discharge of the pump is not needed to remove the stator. With the stator, compression is set after the 2 halves are fitted on the rotor. Compression of the stator on the rotor is determined by the amperage draw on the electric motor.
