Intended for loading docks of distribution centers, warehouses and manufacturing plants, RubbAir’s double-acting Steel-Lite impact traffic doors have shock-absorbing construction and 38-in. high, integral, heavy-duty bumper panels for long-term resistance to door deterioration due to repeated impacts. The doors have a push-open/self-closing operation; personnel and/or motorized equipment bump the doors to open them, and then the doors quickly close after the load or person passes through the opening. The doors’ insulated core construction and full perimeter air seal ensure tight closure to help maintain temperature/humidity conditions and reduce dust intrusion within a facility. The doors can be engineered to fit openings up to 10 ft. x 10 ft.
