Brabender’s weigh belt feeders are available in belt widths from 6 to 24 in. and are compact, clean and simple. The stainless steel construction is suitable for food applications with a food-grade belt. The machines feature self-adjusting belt tracking and constant belt tensioning by mass. An AC motor and Allen-Bradley PowerFlex 40 variable frequency drive combine with a high-precision strain gauge load cell for precise feed. A PLC program for direct control from an existing PLC and a touch screen controller are also available.
