WeighPack Systems’ VerTek 2400 vertical form/fill/seal machine handles large bags and uses up to 50-in. wide-roll stock to form bags up to 24 inches wide. The fully adjustable length produces a 36-in. long bag with a single stroke. The vertical back seal uses two heavy-duty, 5/8-in. cylinder shafts to ensure constant pressure against the back seal. Easily interfaced with most types of filling equipment, the machine fills one cubic foot of product at speeds of 10 cycles per minute. It creates pillow, gusset and carry-handle bags from roll stock.
