OYSTAR USA’s A+F SetLine system combines sleeving and case packing technology in one operation. The system forms groups of product directly from a multilane filler or a traditional single-lane infeed and places them into multipack sleeve sets. The sleeves are then finished with glue and packed directly into a final shipper for palletizing. It produces sleeves from micro-corrugated or solid board, and sleeve styles include wraparound, over-the-crown, drop-through and clip sleeve. Shipper designs include wraparound cases and trays, display shippers, pre-made RSC case and others.
