All stainless-steel DACS-G checkweighers provide dual-range weighing capacity that is adjustable from 600to 6,000g, depending on the model. Available for dry or washdown applications, the checkweigher’s proprietary double-beam load cell and noise-reduction technology deliver precise verification of weight or product count; precise inspection ranges from 0.1g to 6kg. Units are available with IP-69K washdown and IP-30 ratings. Changeovers are accomplished by selecting operating presets stored in memory. Other features include tool-free removal of conveyor belts and an open design.
