AirMax hand-held pneumatic trimmers for meat processing operations are now available with the new Mach 3 power unit. The unit’s design converts more of the air motor’s rotational movement directly into blade movement to increase blade speed and meat cutting effectiveness. Power increases at each torque load value are directly proportional to blade speed increases. Captive hex-head housing screws facilitate removal and reinstallation of the blade housing and blades. The new Mach 3 power unit is available as a retrofit item for existing AirMax trimmer models
