The PikMore uncaser is a continuous-motion machine designed to remove empty glass bottles from cases. Operating at a rate of 70 cases per minute, the machine expedites refilling and packaging down the process line. The uncaser’s gripper heads revolve around a center carousel to gently lift the bottles from their cases. It’s equipped with a graphic operator interface screen and is designed to run largely operator free, with a “set it and forget it” operating capability.
