Luminescence sensors
DK50-UV luminescence sensors are UL- and cUL-listed and facilitate error checking, sorting, measuring, and positioning of materials that blend into a background or are invisible. They detect marks such as inks, pigments, dyes, coatings and adhesives on irregular backgrounds, and deliver a sensing range of 600 mm in a small housing. Their small focal point of light spot allows small parts such as O-rings, pin-point leaks and invisible markings to be detected down to 2.2 mm diameter targets. The sensors can feature up to four automatic teach modes and one manual teach mode.
