The 5800 high-resolution, large-character inkjet printer prints text, graphics and GS1-compliant barcodes on cases, trays and shrink wraps. It uses the manufacturer’s TouchDry hot-melt ink technology. The 5600 high-resolution, liquid inkjet printer features liquid piezo technology to print graphics, text and readable barcodes on porous corrugated cases and trays. Both units have a compact, modular design, an intuitive, icon-based user interface and USB connectivity. They can stand alone or be integrated with a range of systems.
