The Vanton CHEM-GARD CGMC close-coupled, magnetically driven thermoplastic centrifugal pump comes in sizes from 1.5x1x6 in. to 3x2x8 in. for flows to 400 GPM (91m3/hr) at heads to 220 ft. TDH (50m). It has a seal-less, single-stage, volute-type centrifugal design with chemically inert, abrasion-resistant thermoplastic fluid contact components to eliminate pinpoint porosity and substrate separation. Permanent rare earth magnets transmit power, with the inner magnet rotor assembly encapsulated in thick-walled thermoplastic.
