Engineered for cold processing operations that require temperatures to -20°F, the Schneider Severe Duty robotic palletizer has a robot jacket that allows encapsulated warm air to circulate around the machine’s integrated FANUC arm while operating in low-temperature environments.  Accommodating a variety of product types, weights and sizes, the palletizer builds stable unit loads in interlocked, brick, spiral, column and other configurations. Available as a single station 1-in-1-out, dual station 1- or 2-in-2-out, 1- or 3-in-3-out, 1- or 4-in-4-out or in the Schneider Robox-style palletizing system, the unit can be fully automated with a product and pallet transport conveyor, pallet dispensing and slip sheet dispensing.
