Designed for demanding solids handling applications commonly found in the sanitary industries, Wilden Saniflo Hygienic Series surge dampeners self-adjust to fluctuating inlet pressures and use a low volume of compressed air to dampen the pulsation of a sanitary pump. They can handle up to 3-in. compressible solids and are available in 1 1/2-, 2- and 3-in. sizes. With a maximum operating pressure of 8.6 bar (125psig), they meet FDA, EHEDG, ATEX and USP Class VI standards when configured with PTFE integral piston diaphragms. Featuring a metal regulator body, the dampeners are available in nickel-plated aluminum and stainless steel.
