Designed for pouches and semi-rigid trays, the Allpax Gentle Motion high-capacity, high-throughput retort shortens retort cycle time to optimize product flavor by preventing overcooking and/or scorching. The retort uses longitudinal rather than rotational movement to accelerate the sterilization process and evenly distribute heat within the packaging. The unit has an up to 6-basket capacity. A fully automated loading option is available.
