Steam-jacketed kettles
Vulcan 2/3 jacketed steam kettles have an ellipsoidal bottom that provides a larger heat surface and gentle, uniform steam for more consistently prepared soups, sauces and stews; they also brown meat and hold food without overcooking, scorching or burning. Embossed gallon-liter markings improve the accuracy of measurements, while a heavy bar rim increases kettle life in high-volume environments.
