Engineered for mid-tier breweries, the Steinecker CombiCube B compact brewhouse can also be used by higher-output breweries to produce seasonal and specialty beers in a separate brewing process, independently of their principal brands. Depending on the mashing process, a maximum of 4 brewhouse vessels can be used as a mash tun, mash-wort copper, lauter tun or mash-lauter tun, complemented by a whirlpool. Versions are available with footprints from 97 to 117 m2.
