Intended for use in heavy-duty environments, the Banner TM18 EZ-BEAM compact photoelectric sensor has a nickel-plated, die-cast zinc metal housing and completely epoxy-encapsulated electronics. Rated IP69K, the unit features a right angle shape, 18mm threaded barrel mount and integral all-metal M12 quick disconnect. The sensor has visible red emitter LEDs in opposed, polarized retroreflective, diffuse and fixed-field (background suppression) modes. Models with 3-wire I/O block-compatible or 4-wire complementary NPN or PNP outputs are available.
