QC Industries AS40Z angled frame conveyors have a 1.95-in. high, rigid aluminum frame that resists twisting and a Z-Track design; optional V-guide belts are available to assist in tracking, especially in hard-to-reach applications. Tension release tails flip up at the push of a button for under-belt cleaning and click back into place with all tracking adjustments retained. The L model conveyor has a horizontal-to-inclined configuration; the R model has an inclined-to-horizontal configuration; and the Z model has a horizontal-to-inclined-to-horizontal configuration. The 3 most popular angles (30°, 45° and 60°) are available as standard; others can be special ordered.
