Surface heat exchangers
Martin Brothers nickel scraped surface heat exchangers have a re-chromed, hardened inside diameter tube that provides abrasion and corrosion resistance, as well as improved heat transfer. The tube inside diameter plating is re-chromed to 0.008-in. thickness. The exchangers provide efficient heating or cooling of food, sauces, confectionery, dairy products, fruits, vegetables, fats, oils and shortenings.
