Witte clear, plastic screen covers provide constant visual monitoring of product in process to detect screen blinding without requiring removal of the covers, machine disassembly or shutting down the operation. Used in separating dry, granular products, the covers minimize the release of dust particles; they feature a hinged design that retracts for access to clear any blockages and then returns to position without any tools. Available on Witte vibrating screeners, pellet classifiers, vibratory conveyors and other process equipment, the covers are offered as a custom option on new machinery and are available for retrofit on many Witte units in the field.
