The IMI RotoDrawer magnetic separator is available with tubes coated with an FDA-compliant, antimicrobial coating that offers 99.9999% microbe resistance to assorted bacteria and fungus strains. Designed to rid ferrous metal from powder and bulk processed products with difficult flow characteristics and a tendency to bridge and choke, the separator features a motorized, cylindrical configuration of Rare Earth magnetic tubes that continually rotate through a gravity-fed product stream. It is available in an EZ-Clean or self-cleaning design. Standard sizes range from 8- x 8-in. to 18- x 18-in. inlets and outlets. Custom designs and sizes are available.
