The TA-CSF circular support fixture for the Brookfield CT3 texture analyzer supports irregular items such as fresh fruit while texture tests are performed. The analyzer operates in both compression and tension modes. Cone, cylinder, blade, ball and punch standard probes and a number of fixtures including extrusion cell, shear cell and grips are available.
